Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product knowledge and information to customers - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed - Assist with inventory management and replenishment - Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask - Excellent sales and customer service skills - Effective time management abilities - Familiarity with cash register operations - Proficient in English language (verbal and written) - Basic understanding of retail math for transactions and inventory management - Knowledge of technology products for technical sales is a plus We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
